Coaching

- Personalized training program (split, volume, frequency etc.) based on physique needs. Adaptive month-to-month to account for progression.
- Individualized meal plan designed to complement training regimen. Month-to-month nutrition coaching.
- Weekly check-ins which may become more frequent as show date approaches.

Nutrition Plans
- For individuals not interested in competing, but general healthier living, we offer a one-time comprehensive nutrition plan to get you started on improving your lifestyle.
- Individualized nutrition protocol calculated to further your physique or lifestyle goals. These plans are intended to complement training regimen.


Phone Consultation
- Thirty-minute long phone or Skype consultation
- Possible subjects of discussion: troubleshooting plateaus, supplementation questions, help understanding bloodwork etc.
- Note: this service is not intended for active monthly clients nor potential monthly clients with questions about our coaching service.
